Physical Therapist

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Physical Therapist for our client in Hot Springs, AR !

Type: 3 + months, with potential for extension

Pay Range: $57 to $59/hr


Location: Coverage areas: Malvern/Hot Springs AR


Schedule: 8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday


• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

• Conduct PT evaluations and assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes.

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state regulations, evidence-based practices, and agency policies.

• Monitor patient progress, document visits and outcomes, and communicate changes in condition to the care team.

• Educate patients, families/caregivers, and team members on treatment plans, goals, and functional progress.

• Complete required documentation, progress notes, discharge summaries, and evaluations in compliance with CMS, state, and agency guidelines.

• Supervise PTAs and home health aides as permitted by state regulations and agency policy.

• Travel throughout the assigned service area and nearby locations as needed to provide patient care.

• Participate in staff meetings, in-service education, weekend rotations, holiday coverage, and ongoing professional development.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:

• Home health experience required

• Arkansas Physical Therapy Assistant License required

• CPR Certification required

• HCHB experience required
