Occupational Therapist - SIGN ON BONUS! Skilled Nursing Facility | Venice, FL The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary rehab team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' functional independence and quality of life in a supportive clinical environment. Position Responsibilities

- Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, and coordination
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
- Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
- Current Florida Occupational Therapist license (required)
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care setting preferred
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
