Title: Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) Location: Casper, WY, 82609 Requisition Number: 229628 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor and involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to customers and must build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills/Qualifications Required skills and qualifications Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment: Have an active driver’s license. Be at least 21 years of age. Obtain a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation regarding previous employment. Meet the physical requirements of the position. Hold a high school diploma, GED, or military service. Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation. Show self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork environment to meet goals. Display a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
