Role Description The HR Personnel Marketing Employee Experience role is a full-time, on-site position based in Henderson, NV. This role is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that enhance the employee experience, including internal communications, engagement campaigns, and recognition programs. The individual will collaborate closely with HR and leadership to align employee-focused marketing with company values and culture, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Day-to-day activities include coordinating employee events, creating content for internal platforms, gathering feedback through surveys or focus groups, and analyzing engagement data to recommend improvements. The role also supports onboarding and employer branding efforts to help attract, retain, and motivate team members. Qualifications Experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or HR marketing, with the ability to design and deliver employee-focused campaigns. Skills in content creation and basic digital communication tools (e.g., email platforms, intranet, social or collaboration tools) to support internal messaging. Strong organizational and project management abilities to plan events, manage timelines, and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret employee feedback, engagement metrics, and survey results, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and interact effectively with employees at all levels. Knowledge of HR practices related to employee experience, onboarding, recognition, and culture-building is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
