Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours daily, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for Florida; minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the staffing agency or organization is highly desired; experience with outpatient therapy settings.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and ensures documentation complies with federal and state regulations. Participates in student education and pursues ongoing professional development. Maintains licensure and adheres to organizational performance improvement protocols, demonstrating commitment to safety and quality standards.
