Hardees Manager - Mount Airy

Restaurant Manager – Hardee’s Responsible for operating the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager and leading a team to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities Operate the restaurant and maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness with a focus on profitability. Interview, hire, and schedule qualified staff; manage labor costs to meet company standards. Train and develop crew; provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted. Conduct crew and management team meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training. Maintain product supply, control inventory to meet the Food Cost Variance standard, and keep required reports in compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures. Responsible for all cash and ensure adherence to cash procedures. Recognize and enforce all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe and compliant environment. Represent Boddie‑Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally and uphold company values. Qualifications Minimum 18 years old. Physical ability to perform job duties. At least 2 years of management experience in a food‑service environment. Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Pass background check and drug screen. Valid driver’s license. Strong conflict‑resolution skills.
