Customer Service Representative

Randstad is supporting a leading wealth management firm who is looking for Experience Customer Service Representatives who can blend high-level emotional intelligence with sharp technical problem-solving to support their financial clients. 

Shift:

Flexibility for an 8 hours shift between the hours of 6:00 AM-9:00 PM Monday-Friday

Duration of assignment:

6-9 months contract Pay: $18.00-$21.00/hr. based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Updating personal information such as mailing addresses, contact details, passwords, PINs, and account preferences.
• Assisting with beneficiary additions or changes and other routine account maintenance activities.
• Providing account information, balances, transaction details, and statement support.
• Helping clients navigate online tools and digital self-service resources. • Researching account history and identifying the appropriate resources or partners to resolve client questions efficiently.
• Educating clients on account features, available services, and self-service capabilities to help them confidently manage their financial lives.

Required Skills:

• High volume call center experience required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Understanding and responding to client needs with empathy.
• Problem-solving with confidence and clarity.
• Ability to convey information clearly while building trust.
• Accuracy and thoroughness in every interaction.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, adaptable mindset, and work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics.
• Working as part of a supportive team and adapting to change.
