Aerospace ERP Analyst — PLEX & Process Optimizer

Aerospace Business Analyst Location: West Chester, OH Pay: $100k/yr Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT for ERP-related initiatives, with a focus on PLEX ERP systems. Analyze, document, and improve business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and human resources functions. Lead requirements gathering, functional design, system testing, and implementation of ERP enhancements and process improvements. Configure and support ERP modules including production, inventory, purchasing, quality, shop floor control, and HR. Develop reports, dashboards, and data queries to support operational performance and decision-making. Troubleshoot ERP system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors. Support user training, SOP documentation, system upgrades, integrations, data migrations, and special projects as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 3–7+ years of Business Analyst experience within a manufacturing environment. Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as PLEX, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms; PLEX experience preferred. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including MRP, BOMs, production scheduling, inventory control, and quality systems. Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis platforms. Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
