• 24-hour call shifts
• 25 patients per shift
• High acuity, busy OB/GYN practice
• 5 midwives in the group who help support MD providers
• Cases include hysterectomy, ectopic pregnancy, D&C, ovarian cystectomy
• Average deliveries per year: 3,000
• Ongoing coverage on long-term basis
• Emergency Department cases
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
