Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in our electronic health records (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of best practices in patient care.

• Engage in regular professional development through training, workshops, and supervision.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to inform treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a licensed mental health therapist (e.g., LCPC, LMFT, LCSW-C).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• 3 years or more experience working in a clinical counseling setting.

• Experience with trauma-informed care and working with varied mental health diagnoses.

• Proficient in various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and productivity.
