As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in guiding financial strategy, balance sheet performance, profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while partnering with senior leaders on high-impact business decisions.Pay & PerksEarning potential: $93,000.00 - $100,000.00/yearIncentives: Eligible for Back Office Incentive opportunities100% employer-paid Medical, Dental & Vision for employees $200/ month opt out401(k) with 100% match up to 6% contributionGenerous paid time off, paid holidays, sick leave, and extended sick leaveTuition ReimbursementHybrid work opportunity after successful onsite training (Vancouver, WA/Portland, OR area residents only)What You'll DoHelp lead and maintain the credit union's Asset/Liability Management (ALM) program and financial modelsManage profitability analysis, funds transfer pricing, and budgeting systemsDevelop financial forecasts, trend analyses, and performance reportingPresent insights and recommendations to senior leadershipSupport mortgage lock desk operations, derivative accounting, and investment reportingConduct variance analysis, financial research, and special projectsPartner with Business Intelligence teams to improve data quality, reporting, and profitability metricsMaintain and optimize Axiom Planning & Profitability systemsMust-Have QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related fieldMinimum three (3) years' experience in financial data analytics: producing, parsing, organizing and reviewing data analytics for accuracy/trend/forecasting.Minimum three (3) years' experience with budgets: creating enterprise-wide budgets including data gathering, inputs and quality control.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modelingExperience analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and presenting recommendationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPrefer experience in the following areas: Moderate to advanced skills with Asset/Liability management theory and its' implications for a financial institution. Prior experience with internal funds transfer pricing, organizational profitability and product profitability.
