NOW HIRING: Construction Site Lead/Remodeling Carpenter– Twin Cities

Earn $115,000 – $145,000 per year

Lead structural projects. Run the job site. Get paid well doing it.

Load Bearing Wall Company is looking for a strong Site Lead who knows residential structural work inside and out.

What you’ll do:

Run the crew on load-bearing wall removals, beam installs, framing, foundation repairs & more.

Keep projects on schedule, on budget, and built to code.

Oversee safety, equipment, truck & trailer.

Be the key link between the field and the office.

$115k – $145k per year (based on performance)

Ongoing training and professional development

You need:

8-12 years residential construction (framing & remodeling)

3+ years running crews as a Site Lead

Prior business ownership a plus

Experience with concrete and steel a plus

Solid working knowledge of structural framing and building codes

Valid driver's license, clean record, and reliable transportation

Comfortable reading construction drawings and specs — you catch what doesn't match before cutting and lead safely

Able to do the physical work — lifting to 75lbs, outdoor conditions year-round

Able to work reliably every day within about an hour of the Twin Cities metro
