Job Details: Job Location: Santiago, MN 55377. Position Type: Full Time. Education Level: High School. Salary Range: $21.64 - $32.46 per hour. Travel Percentage: Local. Job Shift: Monday - Friday. Job Category: Agronomy. What You’ll Do Apply fertilizer and crop protection products. Operate and maintain application equipment. Support agronomy operations. Provide exceptional customer service. Follow safety policies and maintain compliance. What We’re Looking For Valid Class B CDL with tanker endorsement and DOT medical certification. Team player willing to "wrench" and assist in the shop when needed. Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and coworkers. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Self‑motivated and dependable, with strong attention to detail. Proficient with basic computer and mobile technology.
