What You'll Do

• Perform clinical laboratory tests to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating diseases
• Operate laboratory equipment and analyze specimens accurately
• Maintain proper safety and quality standards in the lab
• Record and interpret test results precisely
• Follow laboratory procedures and safety protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) license or certification
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Proficient in laboratory techniques and safety precautions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Good communication skills and high attention to detail

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with laboratory software systems
