CRM Marketing Manager

Seeking a passionate CRM Marketing Manager to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for managing and executing large-scale CRM campaigns, optimizing marketing strategies through data insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance fan engagement. Key Responsibilities: Drive product, contact, and creative strategies to develop and implement CRM campaigns using machine learning and personalized content Manage the marketing campaign process from submission to deployment, focusing on outbound channels such as email and SMS Design and implement A/B tests to improve fan strategies and optimize lifecycle CRM campaigns for increased fan lifetime value Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of CRM Marketing or Marketing Automation experience Experience with Adobe platforms, Email Service Providers, and personalization tools Proficiency in HTML editing and a strong understanding of channel KPIs and A/B testing Experience with metrics and reporting, along with proficiency in Photoshop Ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
