Job Description:
Our client is seeking CNC Machine Operators for their** Painesville** location. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of machining experience who are looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire.
As a CNC Machine Operator , you will be responsible for:
- Conducting simple quality measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
- Operating CNC machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area
- Working as part of a team to ensure production goals are met
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform tool changes, offsets, and basic quality inspections
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Desire for a full-time, permanent position after a successful temp-to-hire period
