Coulter Cadillac Buick GMC is expanding its sales team and looking for experienced Automotive Sales Consultants who know how to sell, follow up, build relationships, and close deals.

You'll represent Cadillac, Buick, and GMC while working with Internet leads, showroom traffic, repeat customers, referrals, and an established customer base.

Previous automotive dealership sales experience is required.

? WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the complete vehicle purchase process while creating a professional, personalized buying experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with Internet leads, showroom customers, phone inquiries, and referrals
• Sell new Cadillac, Buick, and GMC vehicles
• Build rapport and uncover customer needs
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, walk-arounds, and test drives
• Present vehicles, features, pricing, trade values, and ownership options
• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming leads
• Prospect and consistently follow up with customers and unsold opportunities
• Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Maintain accurate customer activity and follow-up in the CRM
• Work closely with Finance and Sales Management
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals

Successful candidates will have:

• Previous automotive dealership sales experience
• A proven track record of sales performance
• Experience working Internet leads and CRM systems
• Strong prospecting and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence presenting vehicles and asking for the sale
• A strong work ethic and competitive mindset
• A professional, positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership
• Willingness to learn, improve, and accept coaching

? REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership sales experience required
• Previous vehicle sales experience required
• Proven sales performance preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a dealership schedule, including weekends
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
