Azure Architect/Data Engineer
Location: Stamford, CT
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
- Should have strong experience in handling Azure data lake projects
- Responsible for understanding and build ingestion to ADLA and enable BI layer for Analytics
- Design and Development of Data Ingestion using ADF & Spark Jobs and processing layer using Data bricks
- Work with the SME's to implement data strategies, build data flows
- Hands-on development. Design and develop applications using Azure ADF & Data bricks
- In-depth understanding of Azure cloud and Data lake and Analytics solutions on Azure
- Very good understanding of Data Modeling and define conceptual, logical and physical data models
- Responsible for coordinating with Business Analyst and other stakeholders to gather requirements
- Work under the guidance of Newell SME
- Mentoring and providing technical support for Offshore team
- Good Exposure in Azure and prior experience in Data Warehousing
- Work Closely with PowerBI Consultant
- Perform Unit testing
- Should be responsible for delivering quality deliverables
