Job Summary:
A Social Worker Manager position is available in Yakima, Washington. This leadership role involves overseeing the case management and social work department, with responsibilities including discharge planning, staff orientation, scheduling, hiring and staff development. Candidates must bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Yakima, Washington
• Required Qualifications: 5 years of Social Worker and leadership experience; MSW, LICSW, WA License, and Certification in Case Management (preferred). Must have leadership experience and familiarity with the discharge planning process. EMR experience with EPIC is required, UKG and Workday experience are preferred.
• Schedule: Days shift, 0800-1630, Monday through Friday, with some days starting at 0700. Minimum hours per week: 40.
• Additional Information: Little to no training required after initial orientation. Will work independently after brief orientation with the director. No weekend rotation or holidays on site, but may be on call during holidays. The role involves advising on complex cases, supporting staff, and working closely with the department team leads, RNs, and social workers.

• Support within the Department: Collaboration with the director, team leads, RNs, and social workers.
• Technology/Equipment: EMR: EPIC required; UKG and Workday experience preferred.
• Orientation: NEO facility orientation followed by a brief orientation with the director.
