Position : Care Partner (Full‑Time) Location : Mentor, Ohio Starting Wage : $18.00 – $23.75 per hour Shift Schedule : Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00 pm–7:00 am Responsibilities Advocate of Empathy: Understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. Proactive: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents. Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for caring for residents. Possess computer skills to print documents and enter resident information. Active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day. Able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds frequently. Can assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and help after falls. Must be criminally cleared.
