Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced MIG Welders for projects located in or around Kodak, TN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Perform weld preparation, MIG welding, and weld finishing operations
Manufacture products according to customer drawings, specifications, and work instructions
Complete fillet welds in vertical and overhead positions using single and multiple passes
Inspect welds for compliance with workmanship standards
Utilize weld fillet gauges and other quality control tools
Operate flow meters and welding equipment safely and effectively
Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of MIG welding experience
Must be able to pass a 3G Horizontal Weld Test
Ability to pass BC Manual Steel Fillet and CJ Manual Stainless Steel Certification Weld Assessments
Experience performing vertical and overhead fillet welds
Ability to visually inspect welds for quality and compliance
Familiarity with the use of weld fillet gauges
Experience using flow meters
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
