Product Design Engineer

Support the engineering development of new products, processes, and procedures that contribute to high-quality products for our customers. This role provides hands-on experience across the new product development lifecycle, with guidance from senior engineers, and is designed to foster technical skill development and professional growth in the field of engineering. Responsibilities include assisting with product design activities and supporting technical ownership tasks in alignment with corporate deliverables. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited university required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Experience with solid modeling using a 3D CAD program required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Experience working in the furniture industry highly preferred. Experience using SolidWorks preferred. Project management experience working on cross-functional teams preferred.
