Job Title: Life Enrichment Coordinator Location: Bethany Meadows in Brandon, SD. Hours: 8am-5pm (Full-time) Job Summary: As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents at Bethany Meadows. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, organize, and facilitate a wide range of activities and programs that promote social, emotional, and physical well-being among residents. You’ll work closely with residents, their families, and other staff members to create a vibrant and engaging environment. Essential Job Responsibilities: Create a warm social atmosphere in the nursing facility. Maintain records of participation and evaluate the effectiveness of programs. Foster a sense of community and encourage social interaction among participants. Plan entertainment and arrange supplies and transportation for activities, maintaining records and facilitating group and individual engagements. Build community relationships in line with the Bethany mission. Qualifications: Motivated with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience working with older adults. Qualified in activities coordination or a related field. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent computer skills. Benefits: Competitive hourly wage.
