Senior Technician Quality Control

Senior Technician Quality Control at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics supports a biochemical manufacturing facility through quality testing, data analysis, and preventative maintenance. The role requires independent work with laboratory procedures and involves microbiology tasks in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment maintenance programs and preventative maintenance tasks
- Conduct quality testing and data analysis of reagent packs, references, and calibrators per procedures
- Execute microbiology monitoring, reads, and bioburden testing
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for safety, delivery, quality, and cost management
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 5 years relevant laboratory or manufacturing experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with laboratory tools and standard procedures
- Experience in regulated medical device or FDA/ISO environment preferred
- Competency with Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating system preferred
- STEM associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation: $24-$26 hourly; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
