As a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you will support store leadership in providing excellent service, training new team members, and assisting in daily operations and sales targets. What You'll Do Provide an engaging shopping experience with your product knowledge and customer service skills. Support store operations by stepping in on the sales floor and covering shifts as needed. Open and close the store responsibly. Handle sales transactions and promote add-on sales using your fandom knowledge and store benefits. Understand sales goals and key performance indicators like UPT and ADT. Assist with store layout changes and merchandising. Share fashion and music trend insights with management and HQ. Ensure store security and prevent theft with management support. Maintain organized stock rooms and store cleanliness. Contribute to a collaborative and passionate team environment. Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader. What You'll Need At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably with a passion for music and pop culture. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills. High school diploma or GED. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
