NexGen is redefining post-acute wound care across New England, and we’re looking for a passionate APRN to join our Connecticut team. Built by operators and clinicians who know long-term care inside and out, NexGen prioritizes clinician sustainability, deep collaboration, and excellent patient outcomes.

No wound care certification yet? No problem. We’ll fully train you and cover the costs.

Compensation: $135,000 – $168,000 (inclusive of bonuses)
Investment in You: Full company-paid wound care certification and specialized hands-on training.
Time Off: Generous 4 weeks PTO + 10 paid holidays to ensure you recharge.

The Role: Provide expert, bedside wound care and collaborate with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across CT.

W-2 position with full benefits and mileage reimbursement.

What We’re Looking For:

Must have an active APRN license in CT
Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working independently in multiple SNFs and collaborating with facility teams
Willingness to travel within CT to a full-time caseload of apx 8 facilities
