Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and treatment requirements, ensuring that each assessment is thorough and evidence-based. \n
- Creating and implementing culturally competent, family-centered treatment plans and providing tailored outpatient services, including both individual and family counseling sessions. \n
- Utilizing trauma-informed care practices in all interactions, ensuring that clients feel safe and validated. \n
- Maintaining a designated caseload, scheduling your sessions effectively to maximize client engagement and treatment success. \n
- Handling clinical documentation in a timely manner, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, all aligned with program standards. \n
- Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance service delivery and client outcomes. \n
- Providing crisis intervention as necessary to clients experiencing acute distress. \n
- Undertaking additional duties that support the clinic’s goals and mission, as directed by management. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families facing various challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\nTo be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

- A Master’s Degree in a relevant field. \n
- An active clinical license in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note that we do not accept applications requiring supervision for licensure. \n
We prefer candidates with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience working directly with vulnerable populations, demonstrating expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Familiarity with community health settings and trauma-informed care practices will be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.
