Veev has developed a vertically integrated approach that involves multi-disciplinary collaboration across real estate, design, development, engineering, manufacturing, and construction.The RoleVeev is in need of a skilled finance analyst to support our organization. This role will support with planning, forecasting, and financial decision-making.ResponsibilitiesSupport all Operations functions - Production, Construction, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Planning, and InventoryWork closely with Operations Planning on delivery schedule and build all headcount and spend forecastsSupport Supply Chain with inventory planning and supply negotiationsHelp Fabrication, Site Construction, and Logistics identify areas of potential efficiency improvementsAssess return on CAPEX investment, and determine rent vs. buy of equipmentPublish Budget vs. Actual and Operations KPI reportingCollaborate with Accounting team to close monthly financial statementsDeliver Profitability reports by projectOther finance and reporting projects as neededQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.2-5 years of corporate Finance or Investment Banking experience.Experience in technology, real estate development, or manufacturing industries is preferred.Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional experience in analytics and financial modeling; strong Excel skills are requiredWorks well in a team environment, and can both take and give direction in working towards a common set of goalsCompensationPursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is $95,000 - $120,000 annually for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas.Benefits HighlightsPaid vacations, sick, and holidaysLife insurancePre-tax flexible spending accountsHealth benefits, dental and vision insuranceWe are committed to bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
