A healthcare facility in Waukegan, IL is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to support their team. This opportunity involves working four consecutive days, providing essential pharmacy services in a fast-paced environment focused on exceptional patient care and medication management.

Schedule:
- Tuesday, September 8, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday, September 9, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday, September 10, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday, September 11, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately distribute prescription medications prescribed by licensed healthcare providers
- Educate patients and customers on proper medication usage and potential side effects
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance patient experience
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective medication therapy management
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Pharmacist License is required
- Prior experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant pharmacy environment
