About the Role:

Awaken Inspire Restore LLC in Newnan, GA is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and documenting clinical findings
• Assist with patient assessments, prescription refills and prior authorizations
• Perform injections, IV therapy,  and other clinical procedures as directed
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care
• Uphold patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality in all interactions

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of Georgia (in good standing)
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, medical terminology, and patient care standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
