Business Presentation Consultant (PowerPoint)

Role Overview

Apply advanced presentation and business strategy expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world input. You will turn complex business information into clear, persuasive, executive-ready presentations while contributing expertise that supports how AI models learn, reason, and perform.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling, content-driven PowerPoint presentations for strategic business initiatives.
• Partner with business, strategy, operations, finance, and marketing analytics stakeholders to translate complex information into clear executive slides.
• Apply experience from large organizations or Fortune 500 environments to business strategy and operational planning work.
• Convert data insights and performance metrics into visually effective, persuasive business narratives.
• Support executive communications with precise written and verbal messaging.
• Advise on presentation storytelling, information hierarchy, and industry-aligned best practices.
• Integrate PowerPoint, Excel, and Word materials effectively across the Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated strategic planning and business strategy experience in complex or large-scale organizations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly for executive audiences.
• Experience in operations consulting, financial control, or marketing analytics.
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information into clear, persuasive presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to polished, error-free deliverables.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting or consulting for Fortune 500 companies or comparable large enterprises.
• Background in executive communications or C-suite presentation development.
• A record of creating business impact through data visualization and strategic content delivery.

Work Terms

• Remote independent contractor engagement.

Compensation

• $30 to $55 per hour.
