Key Responsibilities

As a Sports Medicine Physical Therapist at Move One, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to identify their physical therapy needs.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients to achieve specific recovery goals.
• Utilizing a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Educating patients and their families about treatment goals and progress, fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintaining comprehensive patient records and treatment documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engaging in staff management duties, cost management strategies, and participating in ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
