Our offerings extend to sensor replacement, module reprogramming, system resets, wheel alignment, and troubleshooting. Sentric technicians undergo rigorous training through accredited platforms, ensuring they are equipped with the latest ADAS knowledge and skills. Our strong OEM relationships keep us at the forefront of ADAS technologies and standards. Committed to precision, we use factory methods and tools to ensure vehicles are calibrated to OEM specifications, setting the industry standard for safety and accuracy.

Base Pay Range: $30.00-$34.00

As an ADAS Auto Technician - B, you will calibrate vehicle's ADAS systems back to manufacture's specifications and standards, including minor repairs, with minimal supervision.

Primary responsibilities:

• Prepare and communicate customer calibration quotes which include a thorough OE process review.
• Perform wheel alignments.
• Complete Static ADAS calibrations following Company's defined and documented calibration processes.
• Complete Dynamic ADAS calibrations and verifications following Company's defined and documented calibration processes.
• Communicate with customers, answer questions, and provide status updates in a professional manner as necessary.
• Repair and/or replace worn or broken parts on vehicles, as necessary.
• Prepare and transmit customer invoices which include all proper documentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to equipment, tools, and machinery.
• If necessary, shuttle customer vehicles to/from center in safe manner.
• Help create and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Calibrate equipment daily per manufacturer requirements.

Position Requirements

• High school or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years automotive repair experience.
• Electrical System, Steering, and Suspension experience preferred.
• Experience with Automotive Diagnostic Scan Tools.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Good customer service skills, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to operate in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Display a commitment to learning new technologies within the rapidly changing automotive industry.
• Professional attitude and the ability to maintain a neat work environment are a must.
• Meet the requirements of Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy.
