About the Role

The Company is in search of a President to spearhead its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the company's vision, shaping its strategy, and inspiring a high-performing team to exceed their own expectations. This dynamic executive will lead the company in driving new product development, expanding distribution, and pursuing strategic acquisitions, all while ensuring operational excellence. The role involves close partnership with the Board, and the President will be the external face of the organization, engaging with clients, advisors, and partners. Internally, the focus will be on championing a culture of ambition, accountability, and pride in excellence. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in insurance, financial services, or a closely adjacent field, with a proven track record of scaling an organization. This includes revenue growth, market expansion, and successful product development and launch. The role also requires experience in integrating acquired businesses and a strong ability to lead and develop high-performance teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree or relevant professional designations preferred, and sufficient fluency in high-net-worth insurance products or alternative investment structures to represent the company credibly. The President will be expected to set and achieve ambitious organizational goals and bring the team along on that journey.
