Position Title: Forklift Operator 1st Shift


Location: Palisades, NY

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to move, locate, stack, load, unload, and organize materials while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, or electric pallet jack equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Basic warehouse and inventory management knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
