Job Description
Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team. Ideal candidates will have a strong focus on outpatient settings with the potential for flexibility to support acute care as needed. This position also includes coverage for weekends and holidays in the acute care setting if required.

Schedule

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients in an outpatient setting.
Provide high-quality physical therapy care to enhance patient mobility and quality of life.
Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications

Valid and active Physical Therapist license.
Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
