Maintenance Technician II – Manufacturing

Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

Legacy Career Solutions is recruiting an experienced Maintenance Technician II for a well-established manufacturing company in Sacramento, California.

We are looking for a hands-on industrial maintenance professional with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and production equipment. What You Will Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment problems
• Diagnose and repair motors, bearings, belts, chains, couplings, and other mechanical components
• Troubleshoot single-phase and three-phase motors and electrical systems
• Work with variable frequency drives (VFDs), relays, transformers, and electrical controls
• Use multimeters and other diagnostic equipment to identify electrical problems
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, fittings, hoses, solenoids, and related components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical ladder diagrams
• Perform equipment alignments and adjustments
• Perform MIG and stick welding and basic fabrication as needed
• Complete equipment lubrication and preventive maintenance
• Identify worn or failing components before they result in production downtime
• Document maintenance and repair activities using a CMMS or established maintenance records
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, and all established safety procedures

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience maintaining manufacturing or production equipment
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems
• Experience troubleshooting single-phase and three-phase motors
• Experience with bearings, belts, chains, couplings, and mechanical drive systems
• Working knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Ability to use a multimeter and other electrical diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical ladder diagrams
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout and industrial safety practices
• Ability to safely work around operating production equipment

Compensation and Benefits

$30.00–$35.00 per hour , based on experience.
