Full-Time Nanny | Infant Care (Long-Term Position)

Location: Gilbert, AZ 85296

Pay: $18.50/hr with eligiblity for raises in the future

A warm and welcoming family is seeking a nurturing, engaging, and experienced nanny to provide thoughtful care for their infant son. They are looking for someone who can become a long-term, trusted part of their family.

This role focuses on providing attentive care for a 5-month-old while creating a structured, supportive, and enriching environment. The family values consistency, communication, and a nanny who can take initiative while following the parents’ lead and maintaining established routines. Both parents work from home, so the nanny should be mindful that the home also functions as a professional workspace. The family is looking for someone personable, compassionate, and engaging who enjoys supporting infant development and creating meaningful daily routines. Comfort around dogs is important, as the home includes two friendly Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

Schedule

Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Long-term

Responsibilities

This role includes full infant care such as:

• Feeding
• Diapering
• Bottle preparation
• Supporting nap schedules
• Engaging the child in age-appropriate developmental activities.
• Supporting developmental milestones and routines
• Creating engaging and enriching infant activities
• Infant laundry & emptying/loading the dishwasher as needed
• Following established feeding and sleep routines

The family would love a nanny who enjoys taking neighborhood walks with the baby while maintaining strong communication with parents throughout the day. The family values interactive, screen-free care that encourages developmental growth, structure, and consistency throughout the day.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has strong infant experience and a solid understanding of early childhood development and developmental milestones. The family is looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable maintaining structure and routines
