Facility Hours

Shifts are scheduled within these hours based on operational needs.
Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Tuesday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and engage patients to create a positive care experience

• Collect vitals and patient intake information with accuracy

• Support patient education and reinforce after-care instructions

• Complete required documentation and forms thoroughly

• Partner with providers and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin LPN license

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care

• Reliable, organized, and collaborative team member

Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
