Personal Injury Attorney

Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, primarily during the pre-suit phase, with litigation responsibilities as needed. Evaluate case liability, damages, and settlement value. Negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements for clients. Prepare demand packages, pleadings, and other case-related legal documents. Communicate directly and regularly with clients throughout the life of their case. Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to keep cases moving efficiently toward resolution. Attend mediations, hearings, and depositions as required. Qualifications: Active license to practice law in Texas 1-5 years of experience in personal injury, insurance defense, or civil litigation. Strong negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with competing deadlines. Comfortable working collaboratively within a team-based case management structure.
