This position is responsible for the planning, organization and direction of the overall housekeeping and laundry operation.\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_**Performance Expectations:**1. Establish standards and procedures for housekeeping staff.2. Inspect and evaluate physical condition of hotel.3. Manage, control and operate within budget for maximum performance.4. Ensure proper inventory of all linens needed for guestroom and property PAR is maintained.5. Ensure guest supplies and cleaning supplies are in stock by maintaining proper inventory.6. Properly schedule staff to provide coverage and adjust accordingly.7. Hire and train all housekeeping/laundry staff.8. Monitor payroll and productivity of department to meet forecast and budget.9. Inspect rooms and public areas daily.10. Manage the lost and found process11. Work with engineering on preventative maintenance program.12. Report any items in need of repair.13.
