VP & Legal Counsel

An outstanding, full-time Vice President (Legal Counsel) position has become available at a highly reputable law firm near the Pembroke, NH area. This position would be working closely with various nonprofit organizations to introduce state-of-the-art original IP legal service software while supporting the firm’s low-cost estate planning services to the community. Involvement

• National travel
• Hiring and training legal talent
• Developing business connections with various nonprofits nationwide
• Representing the firm’s interests in business arrangements
• Support of legal services provided by the firm to low-income communities
• Business development for proprietary legal software services

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a Senior Executive or Upper Management position is a MUST
• Prior experience with Business Development / Marketing for SAAS-related products is a BIG PLUS
• Familiarity with Intellectual Property Protection is a BIG PLUS
• Demonstrated passion for OR prior experience in providing legal aid for lower income families is a BIG PLUS
• Experience with Estate Planning , Wills , Probates , Trusts , Power of Attorney (POA) , etc. is a BIG PLUS
• Active bar admission is a MUST
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited Law School is a MUST
