Job Description & Requirements Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $125000.00 - $145000.00 We are seeking a Primary Care NP to join a growing, patient-centered organization focused on value-based care and improving outcomes for senior and underserved populations. Highlights Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Average patient volume of 15-18 patients per day Minimal, rotational call responsibilities Collaborative care model with strong clinical and operational support Base salary based on experience; starts at 125k+ Malpractice with tail coverage 4 weeks PTO CME allowance and dedicated CME time 401(k), medical, dental, and vision benefits The ideal candidate is experienced in value-based care, and passionate about delivering high-quality, relationship-driven medicine.
