Job Description:At Main Event, our Brand Ambassadors play an important role because they are the first and last person the Guest sees on every visit! As a Brand Ambassador, you help our Guests tailor their FUN experience by advising and answering questions on various activities and directing them to their activities! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?Welcome and greet all guests while being a FUN ambassador! (First impressions are everything!)Communicating to the team who is a first-time GuestAnswering Guest’s questions on various activities and directionsManaging the guest experience by keeping communication clear on wait times for games, food, and other activitiesEscorting Guests to various activities, explaining safety rules, and assisting with table maintenance (you got this!)Thanking our Guests for coming and welcoming them backPerforming opening, mid-day, or closing dutiesUpholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)POSITION REQUIREMENTSPrior food and beverage experience a plus but not requiredGuest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)Food Handlers Certification, as requiredStrong problem-solving and multi-tasking skillsCan effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and GuestsAvailability to workdays, nights, and/or weekendsPERKS!Main Event Team Members are expected to give their best on the job, so we do our part to ensure you have what you need to stay motivated, valued, and embrace living your best life!Awesome culture that’s inclusive, rewarding, and FUN!50% off food, beverages, activities, and unlimited gameplay!Tuition Reimbursement Program (yes, please!)We help others grow!
