We don’t just produce content, we create moments that connect and inspire.**Responsibilities include:***Concept Ideation*1. Work alongside the Creative Team to concept and oversee production of bold and innovative creative2. Contribute detailed ideas for a wide range of creative formats, both as an individual and within team brainstorms3. Developing ideas into pitch-ready concepts with corresponding visual direction4. Stay up to date with industry-wide content and social trends5. Experience with a wide range of creative formats, including but not limited to: engaging short-form social content , commercial campaigns , brand activations or stunts , and longform storytelling 6. Ability to write scripts and pitch deck copy is a plus7. Comfortable live-pitching clients is a plus*Content Creation*1. Create visually engaging edits that use pacing, music, sound design, graphics, and storytelling to capture audience attention2. Support VFX, motion graphics, compositing, cleanup, and visual enhancement needs across a variety of projects3. Deliver high-quality video content across social, digital, commercial, and branded content projects4. Help maintain visual consistency across projects to ensure work aligns with expectations and creative direction5. Review content for consistency, quality control, and look and feel to meet clients’ needs*Team Collaboration*1. Manage multiple projects at once while staying organized, on schedule, and on budget2. Work cross-departmentally to bring content to life3. Participate in daily and weekly internal meetings4. Provide general creative and administrative support to the Creative Team across ongoing projects5. Participate in a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale**Qualifications**1. 3+ years of content creation experience, preferably in an agency or related creative/sports organization2. Engaging portfolio showcasing tangible content creation expertise3. Understanding of social and traditional media4. Experience taking ideas from concept to execution5. Interest in marketing trends, social strategy, and new technologies6. Positive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities7. Strong communication skills and detail orientation8. Knowledge of and passion for sports and sports creative trends is a plus**Job Type:** Full Time**Work Location:** Denver, CO**Salary:** $75,000 - $85,000**Reports to:** Creative Team---**Full-Time Benefits Include:**1.
