This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, managing orders, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, helping manage orders from initial quote through delivery and invoicing. The position offers a blend of customer communication, order coordination, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests. Process customer orders, order updates, and changes while ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Provide customers with order status updates, delivery information, and lead time expectations. Coordinate with production, operations, and logistics teams to ensure on-time fulfillment. Support customers with pricing information, product details, and account-related questions. Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and returns while maintaining a positive customer experience. Monitor open orders and proactively communicate potential delays or issues. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems. Manage customer portal activity, including order submissions, invoice uploads, and required updates. Partner with accounting teams to assist with invoicing inquiries and payment-related questions. Collaborate with team members to support customer needs and ensure seamless service coverage. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, order entry, account support, or administrative experience. Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or supply chain experience preferred. Experience working with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Associate degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
