We're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who are passionate about helping seniors live safely, independently, and with purpose in the comfort of their own homes.

Our caregivers do more than provide personal care—they encourage clients to stay active, engaged, and connected to the people and activities they enjoy. If you love building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships through companionship and conversation.

• Encourage clients to stay physically, mentally, and socially active.

• Drive clients to appointments, errands, community events, social outings, and recreational activities.

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while promoting independence.

• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.

• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment.

• Observe and report changes in a client's physical, emotional, or cognitive condition.

• Follow each client's personalized care plan and communicate with the care team and family when appropriate.

Qualifications

• No professional caregiving experience required—we provide training.

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and safe driving record.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and adapt to each client's unique needs.

• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus or willingness to obtain.
