Test And Validation EngineerLocation: CAQualificationsExperience:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in testing and validation of automotive lighting systems.Demonstrated experience developing and executing test plans, including photometric and optical measurements.Strong understanding of environmental and mechanical durability testing.Skills:Proficiency with optical measurement tools and photometric testing equipment.Solid knowledge of automotive lighting regulations and compliance standards (e.g., FMVSS, ECE).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Effective project management capabilities, especially under tight deadlines and constrained resources.Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.Education:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.Master's degree in Engineering is preferred.
