Requirements:

5+ years of commercial plumbing service experience
Must live within 1 hour of Rockville, MD or Alexandria, VA
Journeyman plumbing license and/or backflow certification preferred , but not required
Familiar with ProPress, MegaPress, solder, brazing, no-hub, PVC cement, CPVC, and steel threaded pipe
Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
Ability to read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and deliver excellent customer service
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds , work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks
Comfortable using digital tools and mobile work order systems
Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented
