Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Coeburn , VA Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Conduct Compensation & Pension exams and one-time non-treatment health assessments for Veterans. Perform physical assessments including METs testing, respiratory evaluations, cardiovascular diagnoses, and musculoskeletal range of motion testing. Complete detailed medical reports and documentation through a dedicated portal. Provide medical opinions and respond to administrative addendums or diagnostic readings as required. Ensure all evaluations are completed without prescribing medications or providing ongoing clinical treatment. Qualifications & Credentialing Active and unrestricted full medical license. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or a background in General Medicine or C&P evaluations. Proficiency in METs testing and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Must be AANP certified and possess a laptop (non-Apple/Mac products required for system compatibility). Willingness to complete and become DMA certified (training provided; client does not reimburse for certification time). Submission of a current CV with home address and a Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days. International graduates must provide an ECFMG certificate. If utilizing a personal office, providers must submit specific facility photos (signage, handicap parking, suite entrance, exam rooms with protective paper, ADA-compliant restrooms, and safety equipment). Must confirm availability and disclose any active military, reserve, or VA employment status. What We Offer Half-day Rate: $800 flat rate for shifts of 4 hours or less (inclusive of report completion and addendums). Daily Rate: $1,600 flat rate for shifts of 5 hours or longer (inclusive of report completion and addendums). A one-time bonus of $650 upon completion of all required training and the performance of initial exams. Streamlined credentialing and onboarding process.
